Welcome to Wise Vibes.

Throughout these Terms of Service, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Wise Vibes.

Wise Vibes operates this online store and website and provides access to the information, content, products, features and services available through it (collectively, the “Services”). Our online store is powered by Shopify.

By visiting our website, using our Services, or purchasing from Wise Vibes, you agree to these Terms of Service together with our Privacy Policy, Return & Refund Policy and any other policies made available on our website.

Please read these Terms carefully before using our Services. Nothing in these Terms is intended to limit any consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.

Section 1 – Access and Account

By using the Services, you confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your place of residence, or that you have given permission for any minor dependants under your responsibility to use the Services on devices that you own, purchase or manage.

When placing an order or otherwise using our Services, you may be asked to provide information including your email address, billing details, payment information and shipping information.

You agree that all information you provide is accurate, current and complete.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of any account credentials associated with your use of the Services.

Section 2 – Our Products

Wise Vibes operates primarily on a print-on-demand basis. This means that many products are produced specifically after an order has been placed rather than being held in pre-produced inventory.

We make reasonable efforts to display our products, designs, colors, dimensions and descriptions accurately.

However, colors and product appearance may vary slightly depending on your device, screen settings, production process or manufacturing tolerances.

Minor variations in print placement, color or appearance that are normal to the print-on-demand production process are not necessarily considered defects.

Nothing in this section limits your rights where a product is damaged, defective, materially different from its description, or otherwise does not comply with applicable consumer law.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products, designs or collections at any time and to limit quantities available for purchase.

Section 3 – Orders

When you place an order, you are submitting an offer to purchase products from Wise Vibes.

An order is accepted once payment has been successfully processed and the order has been confirmed.

Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

Because many Wise Vibes products are made to order, once an order has entered production, it may no longer be possible to modify or cancel it.

If you notice an error in your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will make reasonable efforts to assist you, but changes or cancellations cannot be guaranteed once production has begun.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including where there is suspected fraud, an obvious pricing or listing error, payment failure, product unavailability or another legitimate reason.

If we cancel an order after payment has been received, the applicable amount will be refunded to the original payment method.

Returns, replacements, exchanges and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy and by any mandatory rights available under applicable law.

Products purchased through Wise Vibes are intended primarily for personal use and not for unauthorized commercial resale.

Section 4 – Prices and Billing

Prices displayed on our website may change without notice.

The price applicable to your order will be the price displayed when you complete the purchase, subject to correction of obvious pricing errors.

Shipping charges, taxes, customs duties, import charges or similar fees may apply depending on the destination and will be displayed or handled as applicable.

You agree to provide accurate and complete payment and billing information.

By submitting payment information, you confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.

Payment processing may be carried out by third-party payment providers. We do not store complete payment card details where these are processed directly by our payment providers.

Section 5 – Shipping and Delivery

Delivery dates and delivery times shown on our website are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Because our products may be produced and shipped from different fulfillment facilities, processing and shipping times may vary.

Delivery may be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including carrier delays, customs processing, severe weather, public holidays or other logistical disruptions.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.

If an order appears to be lost, arrives damaged, or you experience another delivery problem, please contact us so that we can review the situation and assist where appropriate.

Section 6 – Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, the content available through Wise Vibes — including the Wise Vibes name, logos, original designs, graphics, text, photographs and other creative material — is owned by or licensed to Wise Vibes and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws.

You may use the Services for personal and non-commercial purposes only.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, sell, commercially exploit or create derivative works from our protected content without prior written permission, except where permitted by law.

Third-party trademarks, names and other intellectual property remain the property of their respective owners.

Section 7 – Optional and Third-Party Tools

We may provide access to features, applications or tools supplied by third parties.

We do not necessarily control these third-party services and their use may be subject to separate terms and privacy policies.

You are responsible for reviewing the applicable third-party terms before using those services.

We may introduce new features or tools in the future, which may also be subject to these Terms.

Our website may contain links to websites, applications or services operated by third parties.

We are not responsible for the content, availability, policies or practices of third-party websites.

If you access a third-party website or service, you do so subject to that provider’s own terms and policies.

Questions or disputes relating solely to a third-party product or service should be directed to the relevant third party.

Section 9 – Relationship with Shopify

Wise Vibes is powered by Shopify, which provides the ecommerce technology used to operate our store.

However, purchases made through our store are transactions between you and Wise Vibes.

Shopify is not the seller of Wise Vibes products and is not responsible for the fulfillment, quality, description or delivery of products purchased from Wise Vibes, except to the extent that applicable law provides otherwise.

Section 10 – Privacy

Personal information collected through the Services is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Because our store is hosted by Shopify and may use third-party service providers, certain information may be processed by Shopify and other providers as necessary to provide ecommerce, payment, fulfillment, analytics or other services.

Section 11 – Reviews, Feedback and User Content

If you submit reviews, suggestions, comments, photographs, feedback or other content to Wise Vibes, you confirm that you have the right to submit that material and that it does not violate the rights of another person.

You agree not to submit unlawful, defamatory, abusive, misleading, obscene, infringing or malicious material.

Where you voluntarily provide feedback or content for publication or promotional use, you grant Wise Vibes a non-exclusive, worldwide and royalty-free right to use, reproduce and display that material for purposes connected with operating and promoting the Services, subject to applicable law and our Privacy Policy.

We may remove content that violates these Terms or applicable law.

Section 12 – Errors, Inaccuracies and Omissions

Occasionally, information on our website may contain typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions relating to product descriptions, prices, availability, shipping or other information.

We reserve the right to correct genuine errors and update information.

If an error materially affects an order that you have already placed, we will contact you where appropriate and provide any remedies required by applicable law.

We reserve the right to restrict or block automated access where reasonably necessary to protect Wise Vibes, our customers, Shopify, our service providers or the security and integrity of the Services.

Section 15 – Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Services where a user materially violates these Terms, engages in fraudulent or unlawful conduct, threatens the security of the Services, or where suspension is otherwise reasonably necessary.

Termination does not affect rights or obligations that arose before termination.

Sections that by their nature should continue after termination will remain in effect.

Section 16 – Disclaimer of Warranties

We aim to provide accurate information and reliable Services, but we cannot guarantee that the website will always be uninterrupted, error-free or available at all times.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Services are provided on an “as available” basis.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to be responsible for losses or claims resulting directly from your unlawful use of the Services, your material breach of these Terms, or your infringement of another person’s rights.

This section does not impose liability on consumers beyond what is permitted by applicable law.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the greatest extent permitted by law and the remaining provisions will continue in effect.

Section 20 – No Waiver and Entire Agreement

If we do not immediately enforce a provision of these Terms, this does not mean that we waive our right to enforce it later.

These Terms, together with our policies and any other terms expressly presented to you when using the Services, form the agreement governing your use of Wise Vibes.

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to Wise Vibes as a business operated from Iceland, without limiting any mandatory consumer protections that apply to you under the laws of your country of residence.

Changes will apply from the effective date stated in the updated Terms and will not remove rights that have already arisen under an existing purchase.
